Published Accounts Awards Criteria

Entry is open to all organisations: public and private, State owned bodies, charities and other organisations which publish Annual Reports and accounts. Organisations registered either in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland are eligible for consideration.

The Annual Report and Accounts which qualify for entry for the 2012 Awards, are those in respect of a financial period ending during the year to 31 March. The award categories are:

• Large market cap listed companies (excluding financial institutions and ESM* listed companies)
• Small/Medium market cap listed company (excluding financial institutions and ESM listed companies)
• ESM listed companies
• Investment Fund Companies  (new category) 2011
• Charities and "not for profit" organisations
• Statutory and unquoted large entities.
• Corporate social responsibility and Sustainability Reporting - all finalists will be included
• Branding, Communication & Marketing  - all finalists will be included

*ESM (Enterprise Securities Market) is the Irish Stock Exchange's specialist market designed primarily for small or mid-sized companies.
