Stephen is new to the committee in 2008, representing industry and financial services, and is the new editor of Account magazine for his sins.
Stephen is originally from Dun Laoghaire and is a Senior VP in capital markets and structured asset finance with Maples in Dublin.
Having qualified after five excellent years both personally and professionally with John McElhinney & Co, Stephen undertook a number of contracts in the audit of Irish non-resident companies before joining Maples in the Cayman Islands in 2000. He later re-joined Maples in Dublin in 2006 after working for Deutsche Bank in the Netherlands for 2 years. He began professional life qualifying with distinction as an Accounting Technician in 1993.
Stephen enjoys golf, tennis, rugby, general outdoor pursuits and wine appreciation when allowed.
