Published Accounts Awards Criteria

Entry is open to all organisations: public and private, State owned bodies, building societies, charities and other organisations which publish Annual Reports and accounts. Organisations registered either in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland are eligible for consideration.

The Annual Report and Accounts which qualify for entry for the 2010 Awards, are those in respect of a financial period ending during the year to 31 March. The award categories are:

• Large market cap listed companies (excluding financial institutions and IEX* listed companies)
• Small market cap listed company (excluding financial institutions and IEX listed companies)
• IEX listed companies (new category)
• Financial institutions, including banks and building societies (new category)
• Charities and "not for profit" organisations
• Statutory and unquoted large entities.
• Corporate social responsibility - all finalists will be included
• Design Award - all finalists will be included

*IEX (Irish Enterprise Exchange) is the Irish Stock Exchange's specialist market designed primarily for small or mid-sized companies.
